Twice Shaved Ice started with a simple idea: bring Hawaiian-style shave ice made with syrups and jams from real fruit, to as many of our fellow Houstonians as we can reach.
What began as weekend experiments with a hand-crank shaver and homemade syrups quickly turned into something bigger — a pop-up business built on the idea that shave ice can look tantalizing, taste amazing, and be full of flavor from fresh fruits.
Today, Twice Shaved Ice shows up at farmers markets, festivals, and private events with the same goal every time: fluffy ice, bold flavor, and a menu that keeps people coming back for seconds. (Hence the name — once is never enough.)
